Global Medical Affairs Manager
”The ZB Foundation is an example of a team that has a dream and follows it, taking any action needed to make the dream reality and above all, never losing faith in their convictions, despite the hurdles and challenges along the way. The very first time I met Dani and Akbar I was really touched by their story and so inspired by their passion, ambition and persistence to make new born screening available for all newborns in Pakistan. The ZB foundation is a true example of acting for humanity and I am proud and honored to be part of it.”
Global Business Director Newborn Screening PerkinElmer Diagnostics
“Danielle and Akber Naqvi – Zahra’s parents – have faith and passion to save babies in Pakistan, one heel at a time. ZB Foundation has successfully collaborated with leading companies in field, provided support and organized several educational workshops in Pakistan and thereby increased awareness of importance of Newborn screening among the doctors and healthcare providers. Without ZB Foundations tireless work towards better newborn health in Pakistan implementation of NBS in this emerging country would be much more challenging.
Thanks for saving lives and proving hope to many families in Pakistan.
PerkinElmer is proud of being able to be part of this journey”
